He studied Comparative Law (DEA) at Sagesse University, pursued executive education at the École Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) – Lebanon’s leading business school with global affiliations – and holds a certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute in London, specializing in insurance law and risk.
Professionally, Marwan has worked with international energy and infrastructure leaders including Petrofac and Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), where he gained experience across multinational projects involving legal structuring, compliance, and cross-border negotiation.
