Nouhad Jabre began his legal career at a time when independent legal voices were rare and desperately needed. His courage in the courtroom and influence on jurisprudence earned him both the respect of the judiciary and the trust of the public. As Former President of the Beirut Bar Association, he championed legal ethics, public interest, and professional reform. His contributions continue to shape Lebanese law, and his legacy is woven into every case the firm undertakes.
Marwan Jabre: Continuing the Legacy

As the son of Nouhad Jabre, he represents the modern evolution of a historic legal legacy. With a career that blends courtroom experience, institutional advisory, and international exposure, Marwan brings renewed strategic depth and future-focused leadership to the firm.
He studied Comparative Law (DEA) at Sagesse University, pursued executive education at the École Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) – Lebanon’s leading business school with global affiliations – and holds a certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute in London, specializing in insurance law and risk.
Professionally, Marwan has worked with international energy and infrastructure leaders including Petrofac and Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), where he gained experience across multinational projects involving legal structuring, compliance, and cross-border negotiation.
With extensive work across Lebanon and the GCC, Marwan offers a globally minded legal strategy that responds to the complex needs of modern clients. His leadership reinforces the firm’s vision as a forward-looking, full-service practice rooted in legacy, but designed for the future leadership.

Ramzi Moujaess
Graduate of the Lebanese University. Experienced in criminal defense and real estate disputes, and advises on corporate and banking matters with strong advocacy and institutional expertise.
Pierre Tanios Shattat
Graduate of Lebanese University with a Law Degree. Registered with the Beirut Bar since 1994, he practices civil law, specializing in real estate, and rental cases, and is actively involved in social work.

Antonios Abou Kasm

Attorney at Law and Professor of International Law at the Lebanese University and UNITAR. Served before international courts, including the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, and chaired the Standards Committee at the ICC Bar Association.
Celine Karam

Graduate of Saint Joseph University and Pantheon-Assas (Paris II) with a PhD in Private Law. Registered with the Beirut Bar since 2005, she practices corporate and commercial law and advises a wide range of both local and international clients.
Eliana Zgheib

Holds a Master’s in International Organization and NGO Management and a diploma in Canon Law. Practices in contracts, property, and civil litigation, and also advises on family law and human rights.
Charbel El Gemayel
Supports legal matters across civil and real estate law, with a focus on company formation and restructuring. Experienced in navigating regulatory procedures across ministries and public institutions with efficiency and clarity.
Lea Bou Enek
Holding a Master’s in International Comparative Law and certified mediator with LAMAC. Experienced in corporate and commercial law, including M&A, franchising, real estate, labor, and arbitration.
Michel Harika
Holds a Master’s in Private Law with a focus on civil and commercial litigation. Core areas include contract disputes, corporate conflicts, and liability claims. Known for precise analysis and outcome-driven representation.
